this requires a new systme where you can modify UIs based on the actual UI itself but thats a different note i guess

copying from the dev ideas post i made:

ive received many a complaint at this point that dash icon swapping SUCKS!!!

heres my proposal:

in the corner of the dash icon there should be a smaller dash icon for the opposite verison of it

and whenever the state changes it plays a fast animation of them swapping places. the old one goes around and gets smaller, the new one comes around and gets bigger. so it communicates that the coils are switching while being less stale than an instant image swap
